Manage Your Mind started off as a project running under the auspices of a UK Charity, The International Association for Human Values.
The International Association for Human Values (IAHV)
specialises in providing courses to reduce stress and anxiety and for anger management. Our courses/workshops are aimed at adults and young people in a wide range of situations including high stress environments, following disasters, and for those who just want to de-stress and improve their lives.
The breathing exercises taught on The Manage Your Mind programme are the same as those taught on IAHV courses.
After it’s continued success and growth, Manage Your Mind, branched away from the charity and has now been set up as a Community Interest Company (Company Number 10639227). Whilst we operate independently of IAHV, our overall aims and objectives are essentially the same and we continue to maintain a partnership in providing courses that improve the health and well being of the community.
